Halvor Schøyen is Professor of Maritime Logistics at the University of South-Eastern Norway. His research interests include long term strategic development of merchant shipping. Technology, economy, operation, markets, energy usage for merchant shipping and ports, linked to energy costs and sustainable development, port performance measurement.
